Commitment to safety

Safety is always our number one goal, and we have strict policies in place to ensure the safety of our employees at all work sites. We are committed to doing quarterly on-site safety checks with all our clients to ensure work conditions meet all state and federal codes and regulations. We also use Medcor, a health navigation system, which all our employees can use to instantly connect with a trained medical professional.

Each year at Carlton Staffing we celebrate The American Staffing Association’s National Staffing Week! In the past, we have had parties at clients’ offices, employee of the month awards, cookies, tumblers and other fun items for our employees. This year we are keeping our employees COOL with a Carlton cooling towel.
