The Texas Search, Recruiting, and Staffing Association (TSRSA) is a professional trade association dedicated to promoting high standards of business practices and state-of-the-art educational programs for members of the staffing industry. In April, they held their biggest event of the year – their annual TSRSA Conference & Awards Banquet!  The awards banquet is an annual event recognizing outstanding achievements by individual Recruiters as well as the achievements made by the staffing agency teams overall.  This year was the first year that the awards competition was opened up to all Recruiters and Staffing Agencies across the entire state of Texas.  In previous years, only Houston-Area placement firms and local Recruiters were considered in the results process.
