We hope that you and your fellow team members are safe during this time of uncertainty. In light of current events and the constantly evolving news surrounding COVID-19, we felt it was important to update you, our valued clients and employees, about how Carlton Staffing and Carltech are responding.

Our top priority is the safety of our employees, clients, and candidates. Currently, Carlton Staffing & Carltech are following the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our state and local health authorities.  While we are hopeful that “normal” will return soon, we are working to collect valuable resources and updated information from around the city and communicate any pertinent updates to you.

We are continuing to conduct business as usual and are prepared to work remotely. We understand the importance of our availability to those we serve and have plans and procedures in place to remain 100% functional and available to serve our employees, clients and candidates.  We’re still “making connections that work”, just a little differently!

Steps we are taking:

Interviewing and Client Communication: We are reminding applicants that they have the option to select our virtual interview process via Zoom Video Calls. As an early adopter of technology in staffing, we have been offering video interviewing and will continue to make this available.  We are also able to use this method for any communication with our employees and customers.

Health and Safety Efforts: We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel, and we’ve reinforced existing Carlton Staffing & Carltech policy encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional.

Day-to-Day Operations: We remain fully operational and at this time do not anticipate any service disruptions. Due to the many announced business, school and other closures, some of our clients’ staff may need to make arrangements to be home and/or may not have the ability to perform tasks or duties remotely.  Should that begin to impact your operations, we stand ready to help.
